Ingredients:
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup warm water
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, yeast, and honey. Add the warm water and ¼ cup of the olive oil, stirring until the dough comes together.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
